ROBERT E. Grant
Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Grant brings his tremendous experience in physician leadership and development growth to his role as CEO of World Physicians Organization. For over 20 years, he has played a pivotal role in successful technology and business development in pharmaceutical, medical device, and healthcare markets. Most recently, he was CEO and President of Bausch+Lomb Surgical, leading the significant growth of their product portfolio. In 2006-2010, Mr. Grant was President of Allergan Medical, leading the $3.2 billion Inamed acquisition and the commercial success of Botox Cosmetic, Juvederm, Natrelle breast implants, and Lap-Band brands. Beginning in 2003, Mr. Grant has served as Director, Chairman of the Board, CEO, President, COO, and CFO of Biolase Technology.
From 1997-2003, he held various senior management positions at Lumenis. Mr. Grant has served on several corporate boards as an independent director including: Acufocus, Myoscience, and ReShape. Additionally, he has served on several community and civil boards including: Make-A-Wish Foundation, Young Presidents Organization, UCI CEO Roundtable Steering Committee, Chapman Schmid College, The Henry Samueli School of Engineering at UCI and the law school at the same university. Mr. Grant holds a BA from Brigham Young University and an MBA with Honors from Thunderbird School of Global Management. He has also attended the President's Seminar at Harvard Business School. He has lived and worked in nine countries and speaks Japanese, French, Korean, and German fluently.

Prior to joining Strathspey Crown, Mr. Malik spent over 26 years on Wall Street at leading international investment banks as an M&A and Corporate Finance specialist.In the last 15 years of his investment banking career, he focused on the healthcare industry, specifically on the medical technology sector. Most recently, Mr. Malik served as Vice Chairman Investment Banking and Global Head of Medical Technology at Deutsche Bank. Previously, he spent 11 years as Global Co-Head of Medical Technology Investment Banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and also has prior experience at predecessor firms of Credit Suisse, Commerzbank, J.P. Morgan, and UBS earlier in his career. He has completed well over $100B of M&A, equity, and financing transactions over his career. Mr. Malik has received a Bachelor of Economics (Honors) from Delhi University, India, and a Master of Business Administration in Finance from Boston University.
